At the time of booking, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your reservation.
Rescheduling:
A minimum of 5 days’ notice is required.
New dates must be booked within 90 days of the original reservation.
Cancellations:
All cancellations result in the loss of the deposit
Cancellations made with less than 5 days’ notice will result in loss of both deposit and final payment
Food Add-ons:
If your booking is rescheduled, the client is responsible for any food costs associated with the original order.
We closely monitor weather conditions to ensure the best possible experience while prioritizing safety for our guests and team.
Before Your Reservation
If weather conditions are not ideal, you have the following options:
Reschedule your booking (recommended)
Proceed as planned
All weather-related decisions must be made prior to your scheduled setup window (typically 2–3 hours before your start time).
We do not offer refunds due to weather the day of your reservation.
If you choose to proceed and weather conditions become inclement, we may delay setup, not set up, or begin early breakdown if conditions are deemed unsafe.
If You Choose to Proceed
We will make reasonable adjustments to timing and location to work around weather conditions whenever possible.
During Your Reservation
If weather develops during your experience, you are welcome to leave at any time; however, no refunds will be issued once setup has begun
If thunderstorms or lightning approach, we may begin early breakdown for safety reasons
We kindly ask that all cabanas and umbrellas are lowered when not in use, especially in changing weather condition
Important Notes
Weather is part of the beach experience and can change quickly. By proceeding with your reservation, you acknowledge and accept these conditions. Our team will always prioritize safety while doing our best to deliver a great experience whenever possible.

We recommend booking at least 72 hours in advance to allow time for any food or add-ons to be prepared by our vendors. That said, feel free to reach out for last-minute requests—we’ll always do our best to accommodate!
